The value of apparent power S measured  in volt-amps is apparently equal to the value of current I measured in amps, which is multiplied by the value of voltage V measured in volts.

S(VA) = I(A) × V(V)

3 phase amps to VA calculation formula

The value of apparent power S in kilovolt-amps is apparently equal to the square root of 3 current I measured in amps, multiplied by the line to line voltage VL-L measured in volts.

S(VA) = √3 × I(A) × VL-L(V)  = 3 × I(A) × VL-N(V)
